Found it cheaper somewhere else? We'll match it. If an authorised Australian dealer has the same item in stock for less, send us the link and we'll bring our price down to theirs. We only compare the item price, so their shipping costs never count against you.
How it works
- Send us the link. Find the item on our site, paste the link to the other store's page and tell us their price. It takes about 2 minutes.
- We check it. A real person on our team checks their price, that it's the same item, and that both stores have it in stock.
- You get a code. Once it's approved, we email you a discount code (and text it too, if you like). Use it at checkout within 48 hours and you'll pay their price.
What we can match
- Authorised Australian dealers, whether they sell online or from a shop.
- Their current price, including advertised sales.
- The exact same item, brand new: same brand, model, part number, size, colour and year (where it applies).
- Items that are in stock with them and with us.
- Anything on our site, even Open Box, Final Sale and items we already have on special.
What we can't match
To keep things fair for everyone, a few prices aren't part of our price match:
- Overseas stores, even when their prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree.
- Items that are out of stock, on pre-order or special order, at either store.
- Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demo or display stock.
- Prices that need a coupon, membership, loyalty or trade account, plus cashback, bulk pricing and bundle or free-gift deals.
- Quotes and one-off private offers.
- Prices that are clearly a mistake, like a helmet listed for $9.
Using your code
- Your code is good for 48 hours and one order. It covers the item and quantity we approved.
- If your order has more units than we approved, we'll be in touch. We may cancel the order or charge the difference on the extra units.
- Price match codes can't be used together with other discount codes or promotions.
- Shipping is charged as usual. Our shipping policy has the details.
- Please ask us before you order. We can't refund the difference on an order that's already been placed.
Good to know
- One item per request. Want to match a few things? Send a request for each one. Codes don't combine, so each code goes on its own order.
- Check the currency. We compare prices in Australian dollars, including GST. Some sites show US dollars until you change the currency, so it's worth a quick look before you send.
- Their price needs to be live. If it's gone up or the sale has ended by the time we check, we can only match what's showing then.
- Every request is checked by hand. If we can't verify the price or the seller, we'll let you know. The final decision is ours.
- Your details stay with us. We only use them to handle your request. Our privacy policy explains more.
- This policy can change. The version on this page when you send your request is the one that applies.
