Vance & Hines delivers with these 2-1/2" diameter Shortshots Staggered Exhaust pipes for your Harley-Davidson Softail motorcycle. The 1-3/4" head pipes are stepped to a 2-1/8" muffler body with 220 ° coverage heat shields. They also feature removable baffles with optional quiet baffles to drop a few decibels. Even better, their proprietary Power Chamber technology increases power and torque throughout the power range. Combine that with a short, fat, straight look with twin slash cut ends, and these pipes are guaranteed to turn heads-if their impressive rumble somehow hasn't already.

 

• Ported forsensors. 1986-2006 Harley-Davidson models requiresensor plugs, which may be purchased separately 443-405

• Purchase of the Vance & Hines Fuelpak or Fuelpak FP3 (for 2007 and later models) is recommended when installing Shortshots Staggered Exhaust Pipes on motorcycles with electronic fuel injection

• Note: With any new exhaust, we recommend changes to carburetor jetting or use of an aftermarket fuel injection control module.

• There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.

• Flanges and retaining rings are not included with most aftermarket exhaust for 1984-2013 Evolution and Twin Cam models. Re-use your existing hardware, or purchase replacement hardware.
