Free Shipping
Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping via Australia Post; our free shipping offer excludes heavy, bulky or dangerous goods (see more information below).
For orders that qualify for free standard shipping, you will have the option of complimentary standard delivery during the checkout process. Standard postage is free for tyre deliveries to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia. However, for deliveries to the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania, a standard postage cost of $25.00 will be applied.
Certain heavy, bulky or dangerous items incur higher shipping fees that we cannot absorb with our aim of the lowest prices where possible and are charged a shipping fee at the checkout to ensure we can keep our prices low.

Postage Options and Costs
Once you have entered all of your details, the postage methods and associated costs available to you will show at the checkout. The postage options available may vary depending on your location or the order's contents; don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
Australia Post eParcel Standard: from $7.50 (Free on eligible orders over $50*)
Australia Post eParcel Express: from $18.00 (we do not guarantee same-day delivery)
StarTrack Road Express: from $25.00 (Please note: StarTrack does not deliver to PO boxes).
In-Store Pick Up: Free
All orders are dispatched with insurance, a tracking number and a signature on delivery as a requirement, regardless of postage choice. Our postage insurance requires a signature on delivery; therefore, delivery agents cannot leave orders unattended.

In-store Pick Up
You can collect your order in-store at 2/97 Delta St, Geebung, QLD 4034. To do so, please select this option as your postage method at checkout, and a member of our Customer Service Team will be in touch to notify you of your pending pickup once ready. If you have selected this option but determine that you cannot collect your order during our opening hours, we are more than happy to dispatch your order to you at your request.
As most of our online range is stored off-site to our Geebung store-front, we ask that you please allow an estimated 1 to 4 Business Days for your order to be ready, depending on the items ordered. Please contact us if you need to collect an order same day, and we can advise if this is possible for the items you would like to pick up.
Split Orders
We aim to send all orders as they are placed; however, at times, to ensure your order arrives to you quickly as possible, your order may be split and sent in multiple parcels. Split orders may occur because the items are stored in different locations or have different dispatch times. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel sent.
Dispatch Time
We aim to have all orders dispatched within two business days of being ordered unless there is an estimated dispatch timeframe of between 2-4 days for your item(s). Any item affected by a delayed dispatch will be noted on the item listing under the title; all products will state either "in stock ready for dispatch" or provide an estimated dispatch time at checkout.
Occasionally, dispatch delays may occur due to situations outside our control, such as freak weather events, technology failure, etc. If your order is affected by any delay, we will advise you as soon as possible with an update and estimated dispatch time via email.
Please note that we do not pre-dispatch orders. All orders are packed and dispatched at the same time once ready and then collected by the delivery agent that day, and your dispatch email with tracking is sent that afternoon once synced with the delivery company's website.
Free Shipping Exclusions
Whilst eligible orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping, certain items will incur a delivery fee due to their inflated shipping costs, including the item's size, weight, or dangerous goods restrictions.
Items deemed heavy, bulky or dangerous and not covered under our Australia Post eParcel Standard guidelines may include products such as oils, exhausts, seats, handlebars, suspension and other sizeable parts. Please read our guide below for a more comprehensive guide on what may or may not be deemed heavy, bulky or dangerous.
- Batteries, Lithium: Individual batteries, batteries contained in equipment or batteries packed with equipment and containing lithium in any form are dangerous goods. (Class 9.5 – Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods)
- Batteries, Wet Cell: A corrosive is any article or substance that can cause severe damage by chemical action when in contact with living tissue or in the case of leakage, and will materially damage. (Class 8 – Corrosives)
- Heavy or Bulky (Long) Items: Outside standard AusPost eParcel costs due to packaging requirements including but not limited to exhausts, seats, frames, bike stands, wheel stands, forward controls, top boxes, panniers, wheels, tyres, triple trees, engine parts such as cylinders, throttle bodies, cam kits, belt drive kits and carburettors, fork legs/tubes, front springs, fuel tanks, primary covers, fenders, fairings. windshields, handlebars, Escooters and Ebikes. - Liquids / Oils: Outside standard AusPost eParcel costs due to packaging requirements including but not limited to dangerous chemicals, oils, aerosols and shockies. (Class 9.4 – Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods)
