The Secret to a good launch from a dead stop is gearing! The Factory has to please too many different types of riders with one product. This translates to gearing in the O.E. Transmission that is “Geared to the Moon.” This means a higher Top Speed and delayed power delivery instead of quicker acceleration. A 30 Tooth front sprocket changes the O.E. primary gear ratio from 1.352 to 1.533:1 which dramatically improves acceleration in each gear. Get rid of unnecessary rotating mass in your drivetrain by dropping almost 8 pounds! Solid Sprocket design has no moving parts, greatly improving longevity and reducing drivetrain wear. CNC Machined from the highest quality steel, results in a sprocket that will provide years of hassle free performance.

Kits come with the necessary length primary chain & Bolt Kit to complete the installation. No worries about hunting down the proper chain. The primary chains are the same high quality as Original Equipment. So, you can trust your bike will not leave you stranded.

*E.C.M. calibration is required to correct the functions of the gauges, cruise control, etc… All “Tattoo” Style ECM Tuners (Except Factory Harley-Davidson) will accommodate this fix.
