Warning : Ensure muffler clamps are in good condition. Prior to installing the muffler support bracket ,each individual muffler should be clamped to the corresponding header pipe & checked to ensure a firm fit.

In 2008 HD added an additional bracket. This bracket was added on 2008 International models only. Domestic American 2008 models and all 1991-2007 models are not fitted with this bracket. This exhaust support bracket part # 65051-08/09A is NOT utilised when using aftermarket mufflers.

These mufflers fitted to a 2007 FXDWG

with no other modification showed an increase of 10HP & 10 ft/lbs of torque. Fuel / air mixture was stable at 14:1
