The S&S comp ramp is billet machined out of premium alloy steel and case-hardened for unmatched durability and toughness. Geometry improvements and a more aggressive ramp profile provide increased torque handling capacity to the compensator system. This will provide greater torque-spike protection for all downstream drivetrain components. An essential upgrade to help bulletproof your primary and protect the clutch and transmission when you start adding power to your Twin Cam. May improve low RPM roll-on / response and help quiet noisy primaries.
