Boost any 883cc Harley-Davidson® Sportster® to 1200cc. No machine shop? No problem, no machining is needed. Don’t want to rebalance your stock 883cc flywheels? You don’t need to since these pistons weigh the same as stock 883 pistons. Cylinder head modification is also not needed. The dished piston dome keeps compression down to a streetable 9.4:1 with stock 883cc heads. Installing this kit takes the same time as replacing a stock top end. It’s just more fun when you’re done.
Fitment Notes & Exceptions
- You will need to purchase rocker box cover, carburetor, and intake gaskets for most bikes in addition to the kit contents
- These parts require a good deal of technical skill to install correctly - it is the responsibility of the person assembling the parts to check all clearances and assembly specifications
