Quality and style

Easy to install, perfect fit and with a sturdy locking system

Shad 23L panniers performing as expected.

So far I've just fitted up and had one ride with the Shad 23L panniers on. They work as expected but I think they could be improved (capacity) by extending the inside towards the rear wheel (L-shaped?) That would make for a bigger pannier but maybe that impacts aerodynamics around the bike. Certainly wouldn't need to be square but a nice curved face to assist with wind flow. Otherwise the only other thing I will do is take the spare key barrel that came with the panniers and put in the Shad top box so all storage is keyed the same.
