These pipes are a meal for the ears. The Vance & Hines OverSized 450 Titan Slip-On mufflers bring a larger-than-life look to your Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycle, while the fiberglass-wrapped 2-1/2" perforated-core baffles produce that signature Vance & Hines sound. Titans also have equal-sized CNC-machined end caps with racing flutes and a slight taper, so they work with most saddlebags and extended skirts.

• Bigger is better. The Vance & Hines OverSized 450 slip-on line for Touring models takes it to a new level with massive 4.5-inch diameter mufflers.

• Finished with equally large CNC machined billet end caps styled with a slight taper and race-inspired flutes, the OverSized 450 fits and looks the part on baggers with extended skirts.

• The OverSized 450 slip-on line also puts out a big deep-toned rumble thanks to its large fiberglass wrapped 2.5-inch perforated core baffles, which can also be tempered down with optional quiet baffles. Available in all chrome, all black or chrome with black end caps.

• 4-1/2″ Round with black billet end treatment

• Chrome finish

• Fits saddlebags with extended skirts

• Note: With any new exhaust, we recommend changes to carburetor jetting or use of an aftermarket fuel injection control module.

• There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. No refunds on exhaust pipes once motorcycle is started unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect.

• Flanges and retaining rings are not included with most aftermarket exhaust for 1984-2013 Evolution and Twin Cam models. Re-use your existing hardware, or purchase replacement hardware.
